No cloakroom is available. Please note it in advance. There are coin lockers on the 1st, 3rd, 5th and 10th floors.
Smoking
All indoor areas are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor entrance hall "Plaza" on the 1st floor.
Covid
Regarding our efforts to prevent the spread of Covid:
- If you have any flu-like symptoms, like a fever (above 37.5℃), persistent cough, severe sore-throat, etc, please consider not participating in the conference.
This is important to protect others from being infected.
- If you are onsite, and suddenly start to feel unwell, please be mindful of others, in particular avoid contact with the conference staff/visiting the reception area.
- You can self-check for COVID in room 1201 (12F).
- In general, we recommend that you visit a hospital if you become ill.

Poster printing
The conference site does not have a poster printing service, but there are commercial services such as Kinko’s in Umeda or a few other areas, which is about 15−30 mins by bus.
The estimated cost will be as follows.
PDF: 550 JPY cover charge+10,450 JPY A0 size per print.
Non-PDF: 2,500 JPY cover charge+10,450 JPY A0 size per print.
